We normally deliver catering and bento box deliveries for orders over 5,000 yen, but for a limited time from April to the end of June, we will deliver for orders starting from 3,000 yen. We generally require orders to be placed two days in advance, but we can also accept orders the day before or on the day itself.     [For course reservations] A 30% cancellation fee (per person) of the course price will be charged for cancellations made after 3 PM the day before your visit.
    [For reservations for seats only] A fee of 500 yen (per person) will be charged for reservations made after 10:00 AM on the day of your visit.
    For course meals, lunches, etc., a 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made after 9 PM the day before.
    Please note that if you do not contact us at least two hours before your scheduled appointment time, or if you are unable to show up for your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
    Additionally, even for reservations for seating only, a cancellation fee of 500 yen per person will be charged for groups of 7 or more.
